"Lisboa Sem Sida" is an initiative resulting from the Lisbon City Council's adherence to the Paris Declaration, which aims to:
1) End the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the city by 2030;
2) Put people at the center of the actions to be implemented;
3) Address the causes of risk, vulnerabilities, and transmission of HIV, as well as viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, and other STIs;
4) Use the HIV/AIDS response for positive social transformation;
5) Build and accelerate appropriate responses to local needs;
6) Mobilize resources for public health and integrated development;
7) Unite leaders and communities, working inclusively and reporting progress annually.
